ਸੰਤਨ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਅਧਾਰ ॥ ॥
El aliento vital de los santos es el soporte.
ਊਚੇ ਤੇ ਊਚ ਅਪਾਰ ॥੩॥ ॥
Elevado sobre lo elevado, ilimitado. ||3||
ਸੁ ਮਤਿ ਸਾਰੁ ਜਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰੀਜੈ ॥ ॥
Esa sabiduría es la esencia, por la cual se recuerda a Dios.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਆਪੇ ਦੀਜੈ ॥ ॥
Por Gracia Divina, Él mismo la otorga.
ਸੂਖ ਸਹਜ ਆਨੰਦ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਉ ॥ ॥
Paz, tranquilidad, bienaventuranza, el Nombre de Dios.
ਨਾਨਕ ਜਪਿਆ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਨਾਉ ॥੪॥੨੭॥੩੮॥ ॥
Oh Nanak, meditándolo, a través del Gurú, se obtiene el Nombre. ||4||27||38||
ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ॥
Raag Ramakali, Quinto Gurú.
ਸਗਲ ਸਿਆਨਪ ਛਾਡਿ ॥ ॥
Abandona toda astucia.
ਕਰਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਸਾਜਿ ॥ ॥
Sirve, conviértete en un servidor.
ਅਪਨਾ ਆਪੁ ਸਗਲ ਮਿਟਾਇ ॥ ॥
Borra completamente tu ego.
ਮਨ ਚਿੰਦੇ ਸੇਈ ਫਲ ਪਾਇ ॥੧॥ ॥
Los frutos que tu mente desea, esos obtendrás. ||1||
ਹੋਹੁ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਗੁਰ ਸਿਉ ॥ ॥
Mantente atento a tu Gurú.
ਆਸਾ ਮਨਸਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਵੈ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਸਗਲ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਗੁਰ ਸਿਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
Las esperanzas y deseos de tu mente se cumplirán, obtendrás todos los tesoros con el Gurú. ||1|| Pausa ||
ਦੂਜਾ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨੈ ਕੋਇ ॥ ॥
Nadie más conoce el camino.
ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਸੋਇ ॥ ॥
El Verdadero Gurú es el Inmaculado.
ਮਾਨੁਖ ਕਾ ਕਰਿ ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਜਾਨੁ ॥ ॥
No reconozcas la forma humana.
ਮਿਲੀ ਨਿਮਾਨੇ ਮਾਨੁ ॥੨॥ ॥
Humíllate y recibe honor. ||2||
ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਹਰਿ ਟੇਕ ਟਿਕਾਇ ॥ ॥
Confía y apóyate en Dios a través del Gurú.
ਅਵਰ ਆਸਾ ਸਭ ਲਾਹਿ ॥ ॥
Abandona todas las demás esperanzas.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਾਗੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ॥ ॥
Pide el Nombre de Dios, el tesoro.
ਤਾ ਦਰਗਹ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਮਾਨੁ ॥੩॥ ॥
En Su corte, recibirás honor. ||3||
ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਬਚਨੁ ਜਪਿ ਮੰਤੁ ॥ ॥
Medita en la palabra del Gurú como un mantra.
ਏਹਾ ਭਗਤਿ ਸਾਰ ਤਤੁ ॥ ॥
Esta es la esencia de la devoción.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਲ ॥ ॥
El Verdadero Gurú se ha vuelto misericordioso.
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥੪॥੨੮॥੩੯॥ ॥
El sirviente Nanak está realizado. ||4||28||39||
ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ॥
Raag Ramakali, Quinto Gurú.
ਹੋਵੈ ਸੋਈ ਭਲ ਮਾਨੁ ॥ ॥
Ese honor será bueno.
ਆਪਨਾ ਤਜਿ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੁ ॥ ॥
Abandona tu propio orgullo.
ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਨਿ ਸਦਾ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਉ ॥ ॥
Canta las alabanzas de Dios día y noche.
ਪੂਰਨ ਏਹੀ ਸੁਆਉ ॥੧॥ ॥
Esta es la perfecta naturaleza. ||1||
ਆਨੰਦ ਕਰਿ ਸੰਤ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ॥ ॥
Con alegría, medita en Dios con los santos.
ਛਾਡਿ ਸਿਆਨਪ ਬਹੁ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਜਪਿ ਮੰਤੁ ਨਿਰਮਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
Abandona la astucia y la hipocresía, medita en el mantra puro del Gurú. ||1|| Pausa ||
ਏਕ ਕੀ ਕਰਿ ਆਸ ਭੀਤਰਿ ॥ ॥
Mantén una sola esperanza en tu interior.
ਨਿਰਮਲ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ॥ ॥
Medita puramente en el Nombre de Dios, Hari Hari.
ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਨਮਸਕਾਰਿ ॥ ॥
Inclínate ante los pies del Gurú.
ਭਵਜਲੁ ਉਤਰਹਿ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੨॥ ॥
Cruzarás el océano del mundo. ||2||
ਦੇਵਨਹਾਰ ਦਾਤਾਰ ॥ ॥
El Dador, el proveedor.
ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰ ॥ ॥
Infinito, ilimitado.
ਜਾ ਕੈ ਘਰਿ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ ॥ ॥
En cuya casa están todos los tesoros.
ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰ ਨਿਦਾਨ ॥੩॥ ॥
El protector, el apoyo. ||3||
ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਇਆ ਏਹੁ ਨਿਧਾਨ ॥ ॥
Nanak...
ਹਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਨਾਮ ॥ ॥
the immaculate Name of the Lord, Har, Har.
ਜੋ ਜਪੈ ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਗਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
Whoever chants it, is emancipated.
ਨਾਨਕ ਕਰਮਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥੪॥੨੯॥੪੦॥ ॥
It is obtained only by His Grace. ||4||29||40||
ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ॥
Raamkalee, Fifth Mehla:
ਦੁਲਭ ਦੇਹ ਸਵਾਰਿ ॥ ॥
Make this invaluable human life fruitful.
ਜਾਹਿ ਨ ਦਰਗਹ ਹਾਰਿ ॥ ॥
You shall not be destroyed when you go to the Lord's Court.
ਹਲਤਿ ਪਲਤਿ ਤੁਧੁ ਹੋਇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥ ॥
In this world and the next, you shall obtain honor and glory.
ਅੰਤ ਕੀ ਬੇਲਾ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਈ ॥੧॥ ॥
At the very last moment, He will save you. ||1||
ਰਾਮ ਕੇ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਉ ॥ ॥
Sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਹੋਹਿ ਦੋਵੈ ਸੁਹੇਲੇ ਅਚਰਜ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਧਿਆਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
In both this world and the next, you shall be embellished with beauty, meditating on the wondrous Primal Lord God. ||1||Pause||
ਊਠਤ ਬੈਠਤ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਪੁ ॥ ॥
While standing up and sitting down, meditate on the Lord,
ਬਿਨਸੈ ਸਗਲ ਸੰਤਾਪੁ ॥ ॥
and all your troubles shall depart.
ਬੈਰੀ ਸਭਿ ਹੋਵਹਿ ਮੀਤ ॥ ॥
All your enemies will become friends.
ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੋਵੈ ਚੀਤ ॥੨॥ ॥
Your consciousness shall be immaculate and pure. ||2||
ਸਭ ਤੇ ਊਤਮ ਇਹੁ ਕਰਮੁ ॥ ॥
This is the most exalted deed.
ਸਗਲ ਧਰਮ ਮਹਿ ਸ੍ਰੇਸਟ ਧਰਮੁ ॥ ॥
Of all faiths, this is the most sublime and excellent faith.
ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੋਇ ਉਧਾਰੁ ॥ ॥
Meditating in remembrance on the Lord, you shall be saved.
ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕਾ ਉਤਰੈ ਭਾਰੁ ॥੩॥ ॥
You shall be rid of the burden of countless incarnations. ||3||
ਪੂਰਨ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੋਵੈ ਆਸ ॥ ॥
Your hopes shall be fulfilled,
ਜਮ ਕੀ ਕਟੀਐ ਤੇਰੀ ਫਾਸ ॥ ॥
and the noose of the Messenger of Death will be cut away.
ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਸੁਨੀਜੈ ॥ ॥
So listen to the Guru's Teachings.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖਿ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮੀਜੈ ॥੪॥੩੦॥੪੧॥ ॥
O Nanak, you shall be absorbed in celestial peace. ||4||30||41||
