ਮਹਾ ਕਲੋਲ ਬੁਝਹਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੇ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੀਨ ਦਇਆਲ ॥ ॥

Gran clamor se calma, por la gracia de la Maya, oh, mi misericordioso y compasivo. Dame Tu Nombre para que lo cante y viva, que se complete la tarea del siervo. ||1||

ਅਪਣਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਹਿ ਜਪਿ ਜੀਵਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਇ ਦਾਸ ਕੀ ਘਾਲ ॥੧॥ ॥

Todos los deseos, el reino, la paz, el néctar, la alegría eterna; cantando y meditando en el Nombre. Por el karma escrito desde la eternidad por el Creador, los deseos del siervo de Nanak se cumplen. ||2||20||51||

ਸਰਬ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਰਾਜ ਸੂਖ ਰਸ ਸਦ ਖੁਸੀਆ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮ ॥ ॥

El Supremo Ser ha salvado a Su siervo. Los detractores no pueden permanecer, se han ido volando, inútiles. ||1|| Refrain ||

ਜਿਸ ਕੈ ਕਰਮਿ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਧੁਰਿ ਕਰਤੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਮ ॥੨॥੨੦॥੫੧॥ ॥

Dondequiera que miro, allí está mi Señor; nadie puede alcanzarlo. Cualquiera que actúa con ignorancia, se convierte en ceniza para el siervo. ||1||

ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਃ ੫ ॥ ॥

El Creador, el Protector, Aquel cuyo fin es ilimitado. Nanak, el siervo, es protegido por su Señor; los detractores son eliminados. ||2||21||52||

ਜਨ ਕੀ ਕੀਨੀ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਿ ਸਾਰ ॥ ॥

Uno por la gracia del Gurú verdadero.

ਨਿੰਦਕ ਟਿਕਨੁ ਨ ਪਾਵਨਿ ਮੂਲੇ ਊਡਿ ਗਏ ਬੇਕਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥

Refugio en los pies de Hari, Gobind, destructor de sufrimientos, dame Tu Nombre, oh, mi siervo. Oh Señor, concédeme Tu mirada, ten compasión y sácame, tomándome de la mano, del pozo. || Refrain ||

ਜਹ ਜਹ ਦੇਖਉ ਤਹ ਤਹ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਪਹੁਚਨਹਾਰ ॥ ॥

Por el deseo, la ira, la ceguera, los lazos de la Maya, muchos engaños me han cubierto por completo. Sin el Señor, no hay protector; medita en el Nombre, oh, valiente. ||1||

ਜੋ ਜੋ ਕਰੈ ਅਵਗਿਆ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਹੋਇ ਗਇਆ ਤਤ ਛਾਰ ॥੧॥ ॥

El que salva a los caídos, el que salva a todas las criaturas, los Vedas no han encontrado su fin. Oh, océano de virtudes y felicidad, tesoro de Brahma, Nanak canta al amante de los devotos. ||2||1||53||

ਕਰਨਹਾਰੁ ਰਖਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਆ ਜਾ ਕਾ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰ ॥ ॥

Refugio en los pies de Hari, Gobind, destructor de sufrimientos, dame Tu Nombre, oh, mi siervo. Oh Señor, concédeme Tu mirada, ten compasión y sácame, tomándome de la mano, del pozo. || Refrain ||

ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਰਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਅਪੁਨੈ ਨਿੰਦਕ ਕਾਢੇ ਮਾਰਿ ॥੨॥੨੧॥੫੨॥ ॥

O Nanak, God has protected and saved His slaves; He has driven out and destroyed the slanderers. ||2||21||52||

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ॥

One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਹਰਿ ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨਾ ਦਾਸ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਕਉ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਵਹੁ ॥ ॥

O Lord, I seek the Sanctuary of Your feet; Lord of the Universe, Destroyer of pain, please bless Your slave with Your Name.

ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਧਾਰਹੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਤਾਰਹੁ ਭੁਜਾ ਗਹਿ ਕੂਪ ਤੇ ਕਾਢਿ ਲੇਵਹੁ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥

Be Merciful, God, and bless me with Your Glance of Grace; take my arm and save me - pull me up out of this pit! ||Pause||

ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਿ ਅੰਧ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੇ ਬੰਧ ਅਨਿਕ ਦੋਖਾ ਤਨਿ ਛਾਦਿ ਪੂਰੇ ॥ ॥

He is blinded by sexual desire and anger, bound by Maya; his body and clothes are filled with countless sins.

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬਿਨਾ ਆਨ ਨ ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਿਮਰਾਵਹੁ ਸਰਨਿ ਸੂਰੇ ॥੧॥ ॥

Without God, there is no other protector; help me to chant Your Name, Almighty Warrior, Sheltering Lord. ||1||

ਪਤਿਤ ਉਧਾਰਣਾ ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਤਾਰਣਾ ਬੇਦ ਉਚਾਰ ਨਹੀ ਅੰਤੁ ਪਾਇਓ ॥ ॥

Redeemer of sinners, Saving Grace of all beings and creatures, even those who recite the Vedas have not found Your limit.

ਗੁਣਹ ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਰਤਨਾਗਰਾ ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਗਾਇਓ ॥੨॥੧॥੫੩॥ ॥

God is the ocean of virtue and peace, the source of jewels; Nanak sings the Praises of the Lover of His devotees. ||2||1||53||

ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ॥

Dhanaasaree, Fifth Mehla:

ਹਲਤਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਲਤਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਨਿਤ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਿਮਰਨੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਕਾ ਸਦਾ ਲੀਜੈ ॥ ॥

Peace in this world, peace in the next world and peace forever, remembering Him in meditation. Chant forever the Name of the Lord of the Universe.

ਮਿਟਹਿ ਕਮਾਣੇ ਪਾਪ ਚਿਰਾਣੇ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਮੁਆ ਜੀਜੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥

The sins of past lives are erased, by joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy; new life is infused into the dead. ||1||Pause||

ਰਾਜ ਜੋਬਨ ਬਿਸਰੰਤ ਹਰਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਮਹਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਏਹੁ ਮਹਾਂਤ ਕਹੈ ॥ ॥

In power, youth and Maya, the Lord is forgotten; this is the greatest tragedy - so say the spiritual sages.

ਆਸ ਪਿਆਸ ਰਮਣ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਏਹੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਭਾਗਵੰਤੁ ਲਹੈ ॥੧॥ ॥

Hope and desire to sing the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises - this is the treasure of the most fortunate devotees. ||1||

ਸਰਣਿ ਸਮਰਥ ਅਕਥ ਅਗੋਚਰਾ ਪਤਿਤ ਉਧਾਰਣ ਨਾਮੁ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ ॥

O Lord of Sanctuary, all-powerful, imperceptible and unfathomable - Your Name is the Purifier of sinners.

ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸਰਬਤ ਪੂਰਨ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥੨॥੨॥੫੪॥ ॥

The Inner-knower, the Lord and Master of Nanak is totally pervading and permeating everywhere; He is my Lord and Master. ||2||2||54||

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ॥

ਬੰਦਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਬੰਦਨਾ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਰਾਇ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥

I bow in reverence to the Lord, I bow in reverence. I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, my King. ||Pause||

ਵਡੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਭੇਟੇ ਗੁਰਦੇਵਾ ॥ ॥

By great good fortune, one meets the Divine Guru.

ਕੋਟਿ ਪਰਾਧ ਮਿਟੇ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਾ ॥੧॥ ॥

Millions of sins are erased by serving the Lord. ||1||
