Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji — Ang 158 (spanish)
ਮਨਿ ਨਿਰਮਲਿ ਵਸੈ ਸਚੁ ਸੋਇ ॥ ॥
En una mente pura reside la Verdad. En la Verdad, todas las acciones son verdaderas. La acción superior es la contemplación de la Palabra. ||3|| A través del Gurú, se realiza el verdadero servicio. El Gurú-orientado reconoce el Nombre. El dador, el donante, vive. Nanak encuentra amor en el Nombre de Dios. ||4||1||21||
ਸਾਚਿ ਵਸਿਐ ਸਾਚੀ ਸਭ ਕਾਰ ॥ ॥
Gauṛī Guārērī, Mahala 3 ||
ਊਤਮ ਕਰਣੀ ਸਬਦ ਬੀਚਾਰ ॥੩॥ ॥
A través del Gurú, el individuo obtiene conocimiento. A través del Gurú, él comprende y se ilumina. A través del Gurú, él contempla la verdad en la paz interior. A través del Gurú, él encuentra la puerta a la liberación. ||1||
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਸਾਚੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
Por la gracia de la fortuna, el Gurú viene y se encuentra. En la Verdad, en la paz interior, él se une con la Verdad. ||1|| Refrán ||
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਛਾਣੈ ਕੋਇ ॥ ॥
Al encontrarse con el Gurú, el fuego de la lujuria se apaga. A través del Gurú, la paz reside en la mente. A través del Gurú, él se vuelve puro, limpio y santo. A través del Gurú, él se une a la Palabra. ||2||
ਜੀਵੈ ਦਾਤਾ ਦੇਵਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ ॥
Sin el Gurú, todos están perdidos en la ilusión. Sin el Nombre, experimentan mucho sufrimiento. El Gurú-orientado medita en el Nombre. En la visión de la Verdad, él obtiene la verdadera honra. ||3||
ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੇ ਲਗੈ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥੪॥੧॥੨੧॥ ॥
¿A quién se le puede llamar el único Dador? Por Su gracia, él se une a la Palabra. Al unirse con el Amado, él canta las glorias de la Verdad. Nanak se une con la Verdad en la Verdad. ||4||2||22||
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥ ॥
Gauṛī Guārērī, Mahala 3 ||
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਪਾਏ ਜਨੁ ਕੋਇ ॥ ॥
En ese lugar, la mente se purifica y se llena de Verdad. La Verdad reside en la Verdad. La Verdadera Palabra resuena a través de las cuatro eras. Todo es Verdadero, por sí mismo. ||1||
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਬੂਝੈ ਸੀਝੈ ਸੋਇ ॥ ॥
La buena fortuna se encuentra en la compañía de los santos. Él canta las glorias de Dios, sentado en ese lugar. ||1|| Refrán ||
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਸਹਜੁ ਸਾਚੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ ॥
Que se queme esta lengua que se deleita en otras cosas. No saborea el néctar de Dios; es insípida y sin sabor. Sin comprensión...
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਪਾਏ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਦੁਆਰੁ ॥੧॥ ॥
Through the Guru, the Gate of Liberation is found. ||1||
ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਗੁਰੁ ਆਇ ॥ ॥
Through perfect good destiny, we come to meet the Guru.
ਸਾਚੈ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਾਚਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
The true ones are intuitively absorbed in the True Lord. ||1||Pause||
ਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਅਗਨਿ ਬੁਝਾਏ ॥ ॥
Meeting the Guru, the fire of desire is quenched.
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਏ ॥ ॥
Through the Guru, peace and tranquility come to dwell within the mind.
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਪਵਿਤ ਪਾਵਨ ਸੁਚਿ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
Through the Guru, we become pure, holy and true.
ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਇ ॥੨॥ ॥
Through the Guru, we are absorbed in the Word of the Shabad. ||2||
ਬਾਝੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਭ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲਾਈ ॥ ॥
Without the Guru, everyone wanders in doubt.
ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਈ ॥ ॥
Without the Name, they suffer in terrible pain.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਸੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥ ॥
Those who meditate on the Naam become Gurmukh.
ਦਰਸਨਿ ਸਚੈ ਸਚੀ ਪਤਿ ਹੋਈ ॥੩॥ ॥
True honor is obtained through the Darshan, the Blessed Vision of the True Lord. ||3||
ਕਿਸ ਨੋ ਕਹੀਐ ਦਾਤਾ ਇਕੁ ਸੋਈ ॥ ॥
Why speak of any other? He alone is the Giver.
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਈ ॥ ॥
When He grants His Grace, union with the Shabad is obtained.
ਮਿਲਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਾਚੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾ ॥ ॥
Meeting with my Beloved, I sing the Glorious Praises of the True Lord.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੇ ਸਾਚਿ ਸਮਾਵਾ ॥੪॥੨॥੨੨॥ ॥
O Nanak, becoming true, I am absorbed in the True One. ||4||2||22||
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥ ॥
Gauree Gwaarayree, Third Mehla:
ਸੁ ਥਾਉ ਸਚੁ ਮਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
True is that place, where the mind becomes pure.
ਸਚਿ ਨਿਵਾਸੁ ਕਰੇ ਸਚੁ ਸੋਇ ॥ ॥
True is the one who abides in Truth.
ਸਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਜੁਗ ਚਾਰੇ ਜਾਪੈ ॥ ॥
The True Bani of the Word is known throughout the four ages.
ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਆਪੇ ਆਪੈ ॥੧॥ ॥
The True One Himself is everything. ||1||
ਕਰਮੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਸਤਸੰਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਏ ॥ ॥
Through the karma of good actions, one joins the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation.
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਬੈਸਿ ਸੁ ਥਾਏ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
Sing the Glories of the Lord, sitting in that place. ||1||Pause||
ਜਲਉ ਇਹ ਜਿਹਵਾ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ॥ ॥
Burn this tongue, which loves duality,
ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਨ ਚਾਖੈ ਫੀਕਾ ਆਲਾਇ ॥ ॥
which does not taste the sublime essence of the Lord, and which utters insipid words.
ਬਿਨੁ ਬੂਝੇ ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਫੀਕਾ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
Without understanding, the body and mind become tasteless and insipid.
ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਦੁਖੀਆ ਚਲਿਆ ਰੋਇ ॥੨॥ ॥
Without the Name, the miserable ones depart crying out in pain. ||2||
ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਚਾਖਿਆ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਇ ॥ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਸਚਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥ ॥
One whose tongue naturally and intuitively tastes the Lord's sublime essence, by Guru's Grace, is absorbed in the True Lord.
ਸਾਚੇ ਰਾਤੀ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰ ॥ ॥
Imbued with Truth, one contemplates the Word of the Guru's Shabad,
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਵੈ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਧਾਰ ॥੩॥ ॥
and drinks in the Ambrosial Nectar, from the immaculate stream within. ||3||
ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ਜੋ ਭਾਡਾ ਹੋਇ ॥ ॥
The Naam, the Name of the Lord, is collected in the vessel of the mind.
ਊਂਧੈ ਭਾਂਡੈ ਟਿਕੈ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥ ॥
Nothing is collected if the vessel is upside-down.
ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਮਨਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਨਿਵਾਸੁ ॥ ॥
Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, the Naam abides within the mind.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਚੁ ਭਾਂਡਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਸਬਦ ਪਿਆਸ ॥੪॥੩॥੨੩॥ ॥
O Nanak, True is that vessel of the mind, which thirsts for the Shabad. ||4||3||23||
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥ ॥
Gauree Gwaarayree, Third Mehla:
ਇਕਿ ਗਾਵਤ ਰਹੇ ਮਨਿ ਸਾਦੁ ਨ ਪਾਇ ॥ ॥
Some sing on and on, but their minds do not find happiness.
ਹਉਮੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਜਾਇ ॥ ॥
In egotism, they sing, but it is wasted uselessly.
ਗਾਵਣਿ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਜਿਨ ਨਾਮ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ ॥
Those who love the Naam, sing the song.
ਸਾਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਬਦ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥੧॥ ॥
They contemplate the True Bani of the Word, and the Shabad. ||1||
ਗਾਵਤ ਰਹੈ ਜੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਾਵੈ ॥ ॥
They sing on and on, if it pleases the True Guru.
ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ਨਾਮਿ ਸੁਹਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ॥
Their minds and bodies are embellished and adorned, attuned to the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||1||Pause||
ਇਕਿ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਇਕਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰੇਹਿ ॥ ॥
Some sing, and some perform devotional worship.
ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਸਨੇਹ ॥ ॥
Without heart-felt love, the Naam is not obtained.
ਸਚੀ ਭਗਤਿ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦ ਪਿਆਰਿ ॥ ॥
True devotional worship consists of love for the Word of the Guru's Shabad.
ਅਪਨਾ ਪਿਰੁ ਰਾਖਿਆ ਸਦਾ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿ ॥੨॥ ॥
The devotee keeps his Beloved clasped tightly to his heart. ||2||
