Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji — Ang 1046 (spanish)
ਏਕੋ ਅਮਰੁ ਏਕਾ ਪਤਿਸਾਹੀ ਜੁਗੁ ਜੁਗੁ ਸਿਰਿ ਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧॥ ॥
Uno solo es inmortal, un único rey, que crea el universo a través de las eras. ||1||
ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਤਾ ॥ ॥
Aquel que ha reconocido su propio Ser es puro.
ਆਪੇ ਆਇ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ॥ ॥
El dador de felicidad ha venido y se ha unido a él.
ਰਸਨਾ ਸਬਦਿ ਰਤੀ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਦਰਿ ਸਾਚੈ ਪਤਿ ਪਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੨॥ ॥
Su lengua, deleitada con la Palabra, canta las alabanzas; en la corte del Verdadero, ha obtenido honor. ||2||
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥ ॥
A través del Gurú, se obtiene la gloria en el Nombre.
ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਨਿੰਦਕਿ ਪਤਿ ਗਵਾਈ ॥ ॥
El auto-engreído, el crítico, pierde su honor.
ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ ਪਰਮ ਹੰਸ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਤਾੜੀ ਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੩॥ ॥
Los que están imbuidos en el Nombre, los cisnes supremos, los renunciantes, han establecido su morada en su propio hogar. ||3||
ਸਬਦਿ ਮਰੈ ਸੋਈ ਜਨੁ ਪੂਰਾ ॥ ॥
Aquel que muere a través de la Palabra, él es el perfecto.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਆਖਿ ਸੁਣਾਏ ਸੂਰਾ ॥ ॥
El héroe, el Gurú verdadero, lo ha enseñado y lo ha hecho saber.
ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਰੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਮਨੁ ਪੀਵੈ ਭਾਇ ਸੁਭਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੪॥ ॥
Dentro del cuerpo, hay una fuente de néctar verdadero; la mente lo bebe con amor y devoción. ||4||
ਪੜਿ ਪੰਡਿਤੁ ਅਵਰਾ ਸਮਝਾਏ ॥ ॥
Los eruditos, los ignorantes, lo explican.
ਘਰ ਜਲਤੇ ਕੀ ਖਬਰਿ ਨ ਪਾਏ ॥ ॥
No se dan cuenta de que sus casas están ardiendo.
ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵੇ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਪੜਿ ਥਾਕੇ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਨ ਆਈ ਹੇ ॥੫॥ ॥
Sin el servicio del Gurú verdadero, el Nombre no se obtiene; cansados de estudiar, no encuentran paz. ||5||
ਇਕਿ ਭਸਮ ਲਗਾਇ ਫਿਰਹਿ ਭੇਖਧਾਰੀ ॥ ॥
Algunos, cubiertos de cenizas, vagan con apariencia de devotos.
ਬਿਨੁ ਸਬਦੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਕਿਨਿ ਮਾਰੀ ॥ ॥
Sin la Palabra, ¿quién puede destruir el ego?
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਲਤ ਰਹਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੇਖਿ ਭਰਮਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੬॥ ॥
Día tras día, arden día y noche, engañados por el engaño y la apariencia. ||6||
ਇਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਕੁਟੰਬ ਮਹਿ ਸਦਾ ਉਦਾਸੀ ॥ ॥
Algunos, en sus hogares y familias, permanecen siempre desapegados.
ਸਬਦਿ ਮੁਏ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ॥ ॥
Muertos a través de la Palabra, moran en el Nombre de Dios.
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਸਦਾ ਰਹਹਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਭੈ ਭਾਇ ਭਗਤਿ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੭॥ ॥
Día tras día, permanecen siempre imbuidos de color, con temor y amor, con la mente dedicada a la devoción. ||7||
ਮਨਮੁਖੁ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਵਿਗੁਤਾ ॥ ॥
El auto-engreído, al criticar, se destruye a sí mismo.
ਅੰਤਰਿ ਲੋਭੁ ਭਉਕੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਕੁਤਾ ॥ ॥
En su interior, la codicia y el miedo lo devoran.
ਜਮਕਾਲੁ ਤਿਸੁ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਛੋਡੈ ਅੰਤਿ ਗਇਆ ਪਛੁਤਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੮॥ ॥
La muerte nunca lo abandona; al final, se arrepiente. ||8||
ਸਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਚੀ ਪਤਿ ਹੋਈ ॥ ॥
A través de la Palabra verdadera, se obtiene el verdadero honor.
ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਵੈ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਨ ਪਾਵੈ ਕੋਈ ॥ ॥
Sin el Nombre, nadie obtiene la liberación.
ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੋ ਨਾਉ ਨ ਪਾਏ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਐਸੀ ਬਣਤ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੯॥ ॥
Sin el Gurú verdadero, el Nombre no se obtiene; Dios ha creado este mundo de esta manera. ||9||
ਇਕਿ ਸਿਧ ਸਾਧਿਕ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਵੀਚਾਰੀ ॥ ॥
Algunos, los siddhas y los sadhakas, reflexionan mucho.
ਇਕਿ ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੀ ॥ ॥
Algunos, noche y día, están imbuidos en el Nombre...
ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਆਪਿ ਮਿਲਾਏ ਸੋ ਬੂਝੈ ਭਗਤਿ ਭਾਇ ਭਉ ਜਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੦॥ ॥
He alone understands, whom the Lord unites with Himself; through loving devotional worship, fear is dispelled. ||10||
ਇਸਨਾਨੁ ਦਾਨੁ ਕਰਹਿ ਨਹੀ ਬੂਝਹਿ ॥ ॥
Some take cleansing baths and give donations to charities, but they do not understand.
ਇਕਿ ਮਨੂਆ ਮਾਰਿ ਮਨੈ ਸਿਉ ਲੂਝਹਿ ॥ ॥
Some struggle with their minds, and conquer and subdue their minds.
ਸਾਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਰਤੇ ਇਕ ਰੰਗੀ ਸਾਚੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਿਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੧॥ ॥
Some are imbued with love for the True Word of the Shabad; they merge with the True Shabad. ||11||
ਆਪੇ ਸਿਰਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥ ॥
He Himself creates and bestows glorious greatness.
ਆਪੇ ਭਾਣੈ ਦੇਇ ਮਿਲਾਈ ॥ ॥
By the Pleasure of His Will, He bestows union.
ਆਪੇ ਨਦਰਿ ਕਰੇ ਮਨਿ ਵਸਿਆ ਮੇਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਇਉ ਫੁਰਮਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੨॥ ॥
Bestowing His Grace, He comes to dwell in the mind; such is the Command ordained by my God. ||12||
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਸੇ ਜਨ ਸਾਚੇ ॥ ॥
Those humble beings who serve the True Guru are true.
ਮਨਮੁਖ ਸੇਵਿ ਨ ਜਾਣਨਿ ਕਾਚੇ ॥ ॥
The false, self-willed manmukhs do not know how to serve the Guru.
ਆਪੇ ਕਰਤਾ ਕਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਵੇਖੈ ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਉ ਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੩॥ ॥
The Creator Himself creates the creation and watches over it; he attaches all according to the Pleasure of His Will. ||13||
ਜੁਗਿ ਜੁਗਿ ਸਾਚਾ ਏਕੋ ਦਾਤਾ ॥ ॥
In each and every age, the True Lord is the one and only Giver.
ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਪਛਾਤਾ ॥ ॥
Through perfect destiny, one realizes the Word of the Guru's Shabad.
ਸਬਦਿ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੇ ਵਿਛੁੜੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਨਦਰੀ ਸਹਜਿ ਮਿਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੪॥ ॥
Those who are immersed in the Shabad are not separated again. By His Grace, they are intuitively immersed in the Lord. ||14||
ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਮੈਲੁ ਕਮਾਇਆ ॥ ॥
Acting in egotism, they are stained with the filth of Maya.
ਮਰਿ ਮਰਿ ਜੰਮਹਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਭਾਇਆ ॥ ॥
They die and die again, only to be reborn in the love of duality.
ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵੇ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ਮਨਿ ਦੇਖਹੁ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ਹੇ ॥੧੫॥ ॥
Without serving the True Guru, no one finds liberation. O mind, tune into this, and see. ||15||
